Contact enquiries
We use your submitted details to respond to your professional enquiry. Position is optional; no telephone number is requested. A separate DVEC contact service hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure sends your details and message via Resend to DVEC's corporate mailbox at Apple iCloud Mail. Resend also sends a personalised confirmation in your selected language. No separate enquiry database is maintained. Abuse-prevention counters use salted hashes of the email address and connecting IP address; raw addresses and message content are not stored in those counters. Expired counters are removed during subsequent requests. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing office@dvec-fzco.com.
DVEC Assistant
The AI assistant uses approved public DVEC content to answer educational questions. Your question and the recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. DVEC does not save conversation transcripts in its enquiry database. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information. Answers include sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. If you request personal follow-up, you can review a conversation transcript and enter your name and email address. Only after you explicitly consent is that displayed transcript and your contact information sent through the existing contact service via Resend to the DVEC corporate mailbox. The automatic visitor receipt omits the conversation. This correspondence is retained under the same rules as professional enquiries. No WhatsApp chat is accessed or imported.
Optional voice features
Speech input and read-aloud are optional and use your browser or device speech services. Microphone access begins only when you select the speech button and grant permission.
Hosting and access
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. The contact service is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Resend for the DVEC notification and visitor confirmation. Apple iCloud Mail hosts the DVEC corporate mailbox; incoming mail routing is unchanged. Contact messages are not submitted to the AI assistant. When you use the assistant separately, the OpenAI model service processes your question and recent conversation context. These providers may process necessary data internationally under applicable terms and safeguards. DVEC uses no advertising trackers or marketing analytics; language choice is not used to profile visitors.
Aggregate page views
To improve this website, DVEC counts page views by day, public page, language and approximate country through its existing contact service on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. This statistic stores totals only: no IP addresses, browser identifiers, referrers, search parameters or messages. It uses no cookies or browser storage and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Known automated requests and measurement tests are excluded from the regular totals. The figures are approximate page views, not unique visitors. Daily aggregates older than 90 days are removed on the next measurement request. Technical hosting and security logs remain subject to the providers’ own retention rules.
